Saturday January 26: 10am - 12:30pm: Blissful Backbends and the release of sweet nectar. Open your heart, offer your light.

February 22 & 23, 2008:
Yoga from the Heart: Anusara Yoga at the Anahata Yoga Center

Friday February 22: 6-8:30pm: Prana: The Breath of life: seated Postures and Pranayama.

Saturday February 23: 10am-12:30pm: Yoga from the Heart: Supine and Active Backbends.

Friday March 21st: 6-8:30pm:
The Spiral dance, giving and receiving intertwined: the practice of Standing & Seated Twists at the Anahata Yoga Center in Northampton, MA

Saturday March 22nd:
Carpool to "700 Voices Chanting" Event with Wah!, Snatam & Krishna Das in Danbury, CT.

All 2.5 hour classes cost $ 35, $65 for both classes together.

10% of profits from asana classes donated will be donated to the Karma Krew service project of the month.
