100 Hour Anusara Yoga Teacher Training Program
with Deb Neubauer, 500 E-RYT, Senior Certified Anusara Yoga Teacher, Karma Krew Representative

At Flow Forms Yoga, Worcester, MA
This teacher Training program is designed for teachers with a minimum of 100 Anusara Immersion hours and at least 3-6 months teaching Hatha Yoga in either public or private settings. It is designed to be an in-depth exploration into the art and skill of teaching Yoga. It will provide Trainees with an excellent foundation in a wide range of basic to advanced teaching and communication skills.

October 16 – 18, 2009
November 20-22, 2009
December 18 – 20, 2009
Hours:
Saturday 10:30am - 7pm 7 hours
Sunday 9 - 4pm 5.5 hours
There will be a 90 minute lunch break each day
Friday evenings, from 5:30-7:30pm, students from the Teacher Training program will have the option of attending a multi-level class with Deb which will also be open to members of the community. This class is optional for TT Students. If they wish to attend, there is a $15 charge. Each student in the Teacher Training program will also have the option of assisting this class at least once during the 8 month Teacher Training program. There is no charge for assisting.
Cost: Early Registration, by January 15, 2009 is $2000
After January 15, 2009, cost is $2250
Some payment plans are possible.
Participants who have completed a 100 hour Immersion with Deb Neubauer or Certified Anusara Yoga Teachers Nationally, AND who fulfill ALL the requirements of this course, will receive certification from the Anahata Yoga Center as a Registered school with the National Yoga Alliance. They will then be able to register with the National Yoga Alliance as a Certified Yoga Teacher at the 200 hour level. They will also receive 100 hours toward Anusara Certification.
